In nursing, the focus is on every resident as an individual whose needs are unique. The Nursing staff works closely with all members of our health care team to ensure optimal health. This approach offers an individualized care plan designed to meet each person's specific need. An assessment of each resident's needs is used to develop a plan of care with anticipated goals. Based on these goals, periodic meetings are held to review the resident's progress and adjust their plan of care as appropriate.
