Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | $19.25 plus shift differentials: Seeking full-time and part-time CNAs to join our direct care team at Eastside Nursing & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting their personal needs and comfort in accordance with individualized care plans and a resident-centered approach. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Starting at $29.50 plus shift differentials: Seeking full-time, part-time or per diem LPNs who are energetic, motivated and committed to delivering excellent care and customer service to support positive clinical outcomes for our residents and short-term rehabilitation clients at Eastside Nursing & Rehabilitation. Registered Nurse (RN) | Starting at $40-45 plus shift differentials: Actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Our nurses are committed to delivering compassionate care while supporting strong clinical outcomes for our residents and short-term rehabilitation patients. We are hiring for full-time and per diem positions and offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license in New York State. Salary is based on experience. Activity Leader | Starting at $16 per hour: We are currently looking for part time with rotating weekends, 10am-6pm, 3 days a week. APPLY HERE

Bonuses, Benefits and Incentives:

- Retention bonuses for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs: $500 after 90 days and $500 after 180 days
- Referral bonuses available to any staff member who refers an RN, LPN, or CNA who completes 90 days
Shift Differentials:
- RNs, LPNs, and CNAs working the 3 PM – 11 PM shift, Monday through Friday: additional $1.00/hour
- RNs, LPNs, and CNAs working the 11 PM – 7 AM shift, Monday through Friday: additional $0.75/hour
- RNs, LPNs, and CNAs working any shift on Saturday or Sunday: additional $2.00/hour
